Refund policy

At SOVRN REIGN™, every item is created specifically for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.

That said — we stand behind the quality of our work.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sovrnreign.com with clear photos of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Please note:

• We cannot accept returns for normal wear and tear.

• Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once approved.
